Doug came to Sarasota/Manatee County in 2012 as an Ohio native and found his forever home here. He quickly realized he could live his best life in Florida with the finest weather and plentiful opportunities. Doug comes to Real Estate with over 20 years of experience in Marketing and a BFA from Miami University of Ohio. With his vast marketing background, he possess in-depth knowledge of corporate and start-up marketing, construction, and business management.
Doug has adopted the mentality of “work hard, play hard”. With his wife by his side, he loves to travel and is very active enjoying hiking, water sports, and boating. About Devon Figgins, Realtor - PSA, SRES, MOTR/L
Devon Figgins relocated to Florida from Pennsylvania in 2013 to enjoy the sunny weather and pursue a career in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration and a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. With years of experience as an occupational therapist, she developed a valuable understanding and knowledge of the needs, goals, and priorities of the aging population and individuals with disabilities. As a Realtor, she is skilled in the concepts of “aging in place”, home accessibility, universal design and environmental modifications.
Devon loves to spend time boating, paddle boarding, going to the beach, dining out, and enjoying the ample arts and culture of the area. Devon is especially passionate about travel and Penn State football. She has resided in various parts of Sarasota and Manatee counties.
Devon holds a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
